I always thought the underground creepers were so cute, so a year and a half ago I decided to buy them. There is a small flagship store in London, Soho but since I live up north it would be a long trek down just for some shoes. So I decided to buy them from the online store. Let me tell you, bad idea. Because I ordered "custom shoes" and that took them 1 year. Yes, 1 year for them to send me the shoes, their online customer service is absolutely appalling and I can say that I'll never buy online from them ever again. The sole of these shoes are strangely quite hard and not as soft as they should be???
